Going Places with SSP
For the last five years China Development Foundation has partnered with SSP- The Food Travel Experts - to run a program called "Going Places". These pictures are from the last week long program we ran with SSP in Shanghai in March 2018. Twenty students from Shandong were given the opportunity to visit Shanghai for one week. This was their first visit to a major city. They travelled by high speed train and stayed in a hotel. SSP staff introduced them to career opportunities in the travel and catering industry. The students also learned how to present themselves in interview, undertook professional careers' training with office workers and visited the Science Museum and the Bund.
